The fuse is fine, but when i put the car charger in it still doesnt work my car is a 2002 pontiac bonneville

I guess you mean the ciger lighter socket that you are plugging your cell phone charger into? The car charger needs two things to work Power 2 ground. You might have power but the ground wire is fallen off or broken. Car chargers are well known to fail too so plug it into a different car and make sure it works and also plug something else into your car to be sure it works once you know which ones the problem then change or fix it. Does the cigar lighter light a cigar ( or burn your finger, glow in the dark) make some othe r toy that plugs in work? If it does your car charger is bad. Most car chargers have a fuse in the part that plugs in. you can unscrew the tip and check the fuse. But first plug in another charger and see if it works.
