Sounds like one or two of the many sensors may have failed,. Like everyone else said... scan it...good luck.

OIL SMOKE AFTER MAKING CORNER TURN.

two things Is the oil overfilled? Has the oil been changed recently enough? A fuel injector leak can put alot of gas in the oil. The valve covers may not be draining back to the crank case. The oil cap off just after its been running it shouldn't be full of oil. The oil stick may not be right, and the oil may need to be changed and only put in the right amount(5 quarts with the filter) and then run the car and then check the oil with the stick to see if the stick is right. I'm guessing that the oil smoke is coming out the tailpipe? Ifit's comingout from underthe hood then the motormounts may be broken enough to let the motor hit the belts to the engine bay side or the timing chain (worn out is grinding thoughthe timing chain cover and the oils coming out ( this usally takes alot of miles and many missed oil changes.

yes, volvo,s have a problem with this, remove clean and reinstall the pcv filter or replace it,excessive crank case pressure can allso lead to blowing engine seals and gaskets.

White smoke cuming out tailpipe 3400 v6

I would almost bet you have a blown head gasket or a cracked head. White smoke at the exhaust, loosing coolant, moisture on the underside of the oil fill cap, and on the dip stick are all signs of a blown gasket. The fact that there is no coolant in the oil does not mean it does not have a blown gasket. To find out for sure remove all spark plugs, disconnect the coil wire, and then run a compression test on all cylinders. If you find one or more with low compression you have a blown gasket. Do not drive this car any longer until you get this repaired. Serious engine damage will occur if you continue to drive it.

Engine blowing oil from oil filler cap

I had the same problem. I changed the pcv valve and checked the hose. It still did the same thing. Then I checked the metal tubing that the hose connects to and found it was full of hardened gunk. I sprayed PB Blaster into the tube let it soak for awhile. Then took an old choke cable, put it on a drill and ran it into the tube like a drain snake. It took a while of doing this over and over but eventually got it cleared out. Now, no more oil all over the engine and hood compartment.
