Question about 1993 Ford Aerostar Extended
Dead van. Wouldn't jump for tow truck driver, or Sears, and they can't fix it. Wouldn't take a signal from my add-on electrical door unlocker/burglar alarm. Another electrical add-on, a chair lifter, went out a couple months ago, and it isn't the fuse. Die Hard battery new 12/07. Starter, alternator 2-3 years old.
I already used up my one-Geico-tow-per-problem to have it towed to Sears today. Now I need to have it towed some other sort of place.
Anyone know a good chain repair store likely to fix whatever might ail it? I live in Tallahassee Florida.
Most of the rest of it is in good shape, new/recent: tires, transmission, A/C, brakes, belts/hoses; oil changes kept up.
Take to a alternator starter rebuild shop. most likely a bad ground or discharged battery
