2007 gmc 1500 4wd not working. service light on and lights on switches are off. truck in 4 low

Sounds as if the transfer case control module has gone bad and grounded the circuit to the 4 low actuator. The module is located behind the headlight switch in the dash. You could try tapping the actuator on the transfer case lightly with a hammer to see if it releases.

.DTC C0326 08: Transfer Case Lock System Performance Signal Invalid.
The transfer case shift control module controls the transfer case lock solenoid. The transfer case lock solenoid is released by being energized. This is accomplished by grounding the lock solenoid control circuit during gears shifts, and in the AUTO 4WD mode. Locking action is applied when power or ground are taken away from the lock solenoid, the transfer case motor is prevented from moving. The system is capable of providing a 2HI, 4HI and 4LO lock-up without the need of additional vehicle power to hold the transfer case in these positions. This DTC detects a lock solenoid that is mechanically unable to hold when in the locked state.

THis information from TS Bulletin...

Models: 1999-2002 Chevrolet and GMC C/K Pickup and Utility Models (Silverado, Sierra, Avalanche, Suburban, Tahoe, Yukon, Yukon XL)
with Four Wheel Drive and NVG 236/246 Transfer Case (RPO NP8)

Condition: Some customers may comment on the Service 4WD indicator illuminating. Upon investigation, the technician may find DTC B2725 set.

Cause: The condition may be due to a intermittent fault in the transfer case shift control switch.

Important: The transfer case shift control module should not need replacement. DO NOT replace P/N 15749703 unless diagnosis points to the module as the malfunction.

Replace the transfer case shift control switch using published Service Information procedures.

Transfer Case Shift Control Module
The transfer case shift control module uses the VIN information for calculations that are required for the different calibrations used based on axle ratio, transmission, tire size, and engine. The system does not know which calibration to use without this information.
The direct battery supply line (CKT 1640) provides the power to the module and motor circuitry.
Transfer Case Encoder Motor
The transfer case encoder motor consists of a permanent magnet (PM) DC motor and gear reduction assembly. It is located on the left hand side (drivers side) of the transfer case. When activated it turns the sector shaft of the transfer case (clockwise or counter clockwise) to shift the transfer case. The encoder motor is controlled with a pulse width modulated (PWM) circuit within the transfer case shift control module. This circuit consists of a driver on both the Motor A and Motor B circuits. The encoder motor is bi-directional to allow the motor to shift the transfer case from 2HI or 4HI to neutral and 4LO positions.
Transfer Case Encoder
Your best bet ,take it to a qualified repair shop .
