car surges when going down road stalls when you try to come to stop but starts right back up idlles fin we have replaced distributor, cap,rotor button, plugsand wires fuel filter and timing gears and chain does not appear to have vaccum leak, we also changed egr valve we are at a lost but question would we have to have the computer reprogrammed for any of this if not help
