First you must check to see what missing. You must have spark at the pugs and gas at the injector for this car to start. See whats missing and get back to me. The 1995 Honda Accord has a history of bad distributor.If there is no spark at the spark plugs replace distributor. However on some models the coil is separate and not in the distributor, if so make sure the coil is working.
