My BMW 328 96 Ignition

-   I have the same problem. I have a 1999 BMW 328i Convertible and when I put the key in to start it, the key doesn't seem to hold the start. Very weird if you ask me. It doesn't seem like anything is wrong with the engine and if keep my foot on the accelerator it drives although I am driving two footed because if I let my foot off the gas the engine dies. Any Solution? Could it be a fuse? The heater started going on and off lately as well and I noticed the Check Control and Heater run on the same fuse? The check control light comes on all the time as well. Any experts have a clue as to how to fix this??? Thanks-!

-   I have a 1997 328I and the ignition switch rotates once over 10 times on start up. The car only has 80K, Look for estimate exspectation on repair and how is this possible on a well maintain car?-   lakeaces
