I checked with a friend and he told me I needed a special tool to poke in the four holes in the sides of the face plate. I didn't have the tool but used four mini phillips screw drivers and out it came. The springs need to be released to get it out.
now my problem is how to install the new radio which does not have knob shafts. All the insructions in the instalation kit are for radios with knobs, Oh Well!!

Where is the motor located for the passenger window in a 1996 Ford Aeostar van? I have opened the panel but do not see the motor or anyway to access one. The window is stuck in the down position.

It's in there. The window is on a cable system to raise and lower. You can follow the cable and find the motor. Some of them are really hard to get to and you have to remove the whole regulator to get to the motor.

1996 ford aerostar van is leaking small amount of antifreeze heater is taking longer to heat could it be the thermometer if so where is it located

I assume you mean the thermostat.

Look for a large hose running backward from the radiator. Where this hose reaches the engine, it will be attached to a metal piece. The thermostat should be inside this. There are usually two bolts holding this part to the engine.

How do i change a fuel filter on a 1996 ford van aerostar? The fuel filter came with 2 plastic pieces and i need to know where they go?

The two plastic pieces go on each side of the filter. You push both of the plastic tools inward while pulling the fuel lines outward. Make sure you remove gas cap to relieve fuel pressure before removing filter. An icecream bucket may be handy.
