Both highs and lows coming on when flipping to highs is normal. (You low beams are dual filament) Now low beam issue is either "lo beam fuse" in your fuse box or dimmer switch (switch used to flip between high/low beams. Check your fuses first, it their good then you need a new dimmer switch.

There is a good chance that the bulb itself is burnt out. Most newer vehicles use fuses for the lights.Check your owners manual for fuse and relay locations. The fuse/relay covers should also be labeled.Your vehicle probably has more than one location for fuse(convenience centers) The locations should be in your owners manual.

Fitting leds to a computerised car is a risky business as the light switches do not control the current to the bulbs but simply sends a signal to a local black box which carries out the switching duty and probably monitors the current and switches off the circuit if the current drawn isn't close to what is expected.

You probably need a clever person with a laptop and the right software to check and reset the system.

1994 pontiac grand am high beams work but no low beams, possible relay issue?

Sounds like it's in the actuator itself - the part that you move on the steering wheel or dash to put the high beams on or the headlight switch itself.. Find the ground wire on the headlights and run a new wire from that directly to the body somewhere so it gets a good ground, or directly to the neg side of the battery.

High beam not come on

The switch is broken. You need to replace it. If your high beam do not work. both low beams work, so the bulbs are ok. if a fuse was blowed both high and low would be out. good-day ! if your sure the bulbs are ok, then its in the switch.

The high beam indicator is on. The low beams don't work.

You need a new headlight dimmer switch located on the steering column between the dash and the firewall

Headlights not working right

Usually headlights have two filaments in them for low and high beam. One of the fillaments may be broken while the other is still intact which is why the low beam works and the high beam doesn't. The solution is to replace the bulb. This should take care of the problem.
