I have fault codes p2509,p1751.and p1753 on my 2005 dodge 3500 diesel pickup

check battery connections removing and cleaning any stainless bolts and clean lead posts and lead connectors. There are 2 ground connections on the drivers fender [both stainless with 10MM heads that also need cleaning and retorque]. Stainless and lead connections are not the best and are a known issue on stationary batteries; brass better but stainless ok if looked at every year or two.

Freon level full but clutch wont engage on a 3500 2007 dodge pickup . It is a diesel. power to clutch .46000 miles on pick up.

find the reciever dryer you will see a two wire device connected to it, pull it off and install a paper clip in it with enginge off then start and see if the ac cools, if it does replace the switch it just unscrews and is called the low pressure switch.

A/c cooling

you said , dash had been removed and dealers said they are ok. but if they did not return it in order. what if they did not put it back in its original position that is why less air is coming out on passenger side or heater vent is venting on passenger side. you have to look at them yourself.
