Question about 1995 Plymouth Neon
Your not going to like this. There is obviously a nasty short in your car. Since it happens when you turn on the lights, that atleast tells you where to look. The bad thing with that is that system while not all that complicated, Extends from the very back of the car to the very front of the car. I would start with the dash then move to the engine compartment. look for any burnt, melted, or stinky areas. You may get lucky if you have some one with there head under the hood when you turn on all the lights. They may see, smell, or hear where the short occures.
