This is a transmission fault code and has to with the governor pressure solenoid. First thing to check is to make sure you have the proper level of transmission fluid and that it is not dirty. If these check out OK then you need to have a transmission tech look at it.

Po748 can tcc solenoid or vehicle speed sensor cause this code

One question? Did you clear the codes out of the system with a scanner? I believe that's the only way to do it now,unlike the old days when you could rest by disconnecting the battery. Hope this helps.
