The batery dead and when i buy a new batery the display of my stereo say LOCKED

Only way in (without breaking a window) is to call a locksmith.

you can buy a car key program tool , remember the year and the model of your car ,then buy a new one for your car

Sounds like there is dome light on maybe in the back somewhere. Or maybe you have a security system draining it, or you have a large stereo amplifier that draws too much power when its on, and the alternator cant charge the battery?

just replace it with a aftermarket stereo and dont forget to get both harness for easy diy install.thats what i did and it works fine & the best thing about it is i dont ever need a code again.

In computer controled cars the computer needs at least 10 volts to operate . If your car is not charging or not carging enough The voltage is low to start with when you boost it. Then you turn on the lights it drops the voltage more to where the computer can't opperate. The batery should be charged before you start it anyway because it is really hard on the altinater to recharge a dead batery. An altinater is only meant to keep a batery topped up , its not a cahrger.

New Stereo yes yours is dead but you can get a new stereo anywhere (Best Buy , Radio Shack, Auto Zone,Crutch Field,Ebay,etc.) a little advice if your not to inclined on cable instalation Crutchfield has all the wireing harness for the installation to go plug and play so you dont guestamate things i think Best Buy does aswell

try disconecting the positive terminal of the batery for sevral minets (5-10) this will reset the brain box memory for the stero aswell as for the car it self.

what caused the batery to go dead in the first place?
things that i can think of :
1) left headlights on over night
2) bad altenator not charging batery
3) battery is old and not taking a charge anymore
4) new stero installed incorectly and drainging the batery
have you resently installed a new stero or amplifyer?
is the turn key igntion system hooked into the amp/stero antena lead so that thy are shut of when the ignition is?
of note: new streo >theres a blue wire marked ant that goes to the amplifyer if not there you need to find the orange accsesory wire coming from the turn key igntion>check for power when ignition is in the on & off states could be yellow in some cars but is usaly orange if this wire has on and of state controled by the turn key igntion this would be the wire to tap into for the amplyfire and the radio main power
check your radio's instaltion guide for code errors
its posible that when hooking up the jump it was done incorectly and blew up the radio
ie postive and negative where fliped

yes,
turn the switch on all the way without starting the car.
leave it like that for a couple of hours and the it will unlock itself.
that's the " only " way. unless you drive somewhere for a couple of hours
