You should start with the belt and place it onto the bottom pulley, and then route it onto the power steering pump, and then continue to route it onto the remaining pulleys, you will have to use a 13" or 14" metric wrench or the same size socket and a 3/8 " ratchet to hold back onto the tensioner in order to route the belt in position for the tensioner to hold, once you have the belt at the tensioner area, hold back on to the tensioner, and let the tensioner loose slow ly so that it will hold the tension against the belt, double check the routing of the belt, before starting the car.
