Sorry to say I had the same problem. The car is poorly put together and you can expect to pay an arm and both legs for the repairs. I just got rid of the orignal cd player and picked something else up.
Also, save up!! Once your headlights go out, you will need to have it serviced to have someone remove BOTH the bumper and grill just to change the bulb. At my local dealership it costs $150.00!!!
It was recommended to me to change both at the same time to save on future maintenance cost since they (headlamps) run on time.

Since there is no repair parts sold to the public you will need to remove this player from the dash and contact a dealer for the local factory approved repair station in your area. Cost is about $200 and it takes about 1 week to repair most problems. Ask about exchange units as well.
its a very common problem with g35 in dash clarion cd changer head units. a small plastic gear gets worn or brakes and wont eject or change cds. you need a new one, should be covered under your warranty.
I just fixed this in my x-terra. I had to buy a new stereo because the rubber roller that grabs the cd was worn or something. I even took the whole thing apart and cleaned everything. This was the only fix.
the dealer told me not to use burned cds to long in the cd player. the cds are a little thiker then a regular cd. i had to not use the cd player for a couple of days. once the cd cooled down it cam back out and i havent had a problem since. Solution dont let burned cds get to hot
