Question about 1999 Chevrolet Monte Carlo
I had this same problem . with my monte carlo . I was told from a mechanic buddy of mine to replace the battery wires as well as the brass mount that the wire goes to by the fuse box . it worked . he told me that with the littlest corrosion that the key would not get enough amps to engage the starter. as well as kill the power to the fuel pump
