Question about 2002 Ford F150 Regular Cab
I have a Ford 150 4.6L v8 and don't know where the spark plugs are located.
The spark plugs are located under the ignition coils. Look on the top of the engine and on either side of the throttle body you should see 4 round ignition coils with a two wire harness coming from each. Each one has an 8mm bolt holding them down. remove the bolt on each one to gain access to the plug.... One word of caution though remember which coil goes in which hole or better yet just do them one at a time.
