Yesterday I took my Explorer

Yesterday I took my Explorer in for a tire balance and rotation because I was hearing a noise from what I think was the passenger front tire. It turns out I needed new front left and right calibers, pad, rotors and a brake flush. The tires were rotated but not balanced and I still hear the same noise. Plus when I need to make a sharp turn like into a parking space its not doing it smoothly and I feel a slight skidding. I hope this makes any since to you. Yes I'm a women. Please help. Thank You
