No, I wouldn't pull the fuse then. But you could pull the electrical connector off at the antenna motor. Just have the antenna up if you want the radio, and pull off the antenna motor connector. When or if you get a new antenna motor for it, it should be an easy replacement. Look for a motor at a salvage yard.

YOU MAY HAVE TO PULL THE MOTOR MOUNT BOLTS, AND RAISE THE ENGINE HIGH ENOUGH TO GET THE OIL PAN TO CLEAR THE CROSSMEMBER, BUT YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PULL IT OUT! JUST HIGH ENOUGH TO CLEAR THE OIL PUMP INSIDE THE PAN!

Hello: If the pull down motor case isn't broken, then before replacing the motor I would replace the pull down motor switch, it is black and on the left side of the motor, take note of how the switch is mounted on the motor (the position of the tang on the switch in relation to the actuator. The pull down switch is held on with one screw.

removed 4 bolts & pulled motor out
would like to Ohm it w/ multimeter, but don't have schematic wiring .

The motor is located just under the glove box on the passenger side. I remove the glove box then the panel below the glove box. I also go ahead and pull back the carpet and the padding under the motor. It is held in place by 3-4 bolts that take a 7-8 millimeter socket. I use a swivel extension for the back bolts. The motor with the fan blade attached is a tight fit, just keep wiggling and pulling it should come out. Try to remove the old moter without cracking the fan blade, because sometimes the replacement motor doesn't come with a blade
