Check struts and their mounts and a damaged shock could be the culprit as well also check the half shafts for wear

Its Probably your strut/ strut mounts... very common problem, Also check your shocks for faliure, strut rod bushings, sway bar link / connectors/bushings. Worst case check cv joints

My audi 2004 audi a4 it makes noise when turning both direction.

If this is when you are going on a straight road then it sounds like your cv shafts or axels are bad. Get these fixed before this leaves you stranded. If this is when you are going over bumps, it sounds like it is time to replace your control arms.

How can I diagnose a clunking noise in the front end of my car? It's a 13-year-old Lexus GS400. Sometimes there's a light clunk associated with braking. Other times there's a similar clunk when rolling at...

Definitely have the front end and brakes checked out at a place like Sears where the diagnostic is a no charge deal.

They may be able to detect what parts are obviously loose while it's on a lift.

I would not let this go very long.

The price might be high to fix this on a Lexus compared to a Chevy, but I think that it's worth investigating.

Where did you have the control arm bushings replaced?

Warning light comes on and off on 1999 audi a4 avant 2.4 v6 and i also have a rattling noise comming from drivers side front mechanic cant find the problem

A flashing check engine light means that there is a misfire in one or more cylinders. If a cylinder is not firing, it will cause uneven power output which can translate to a vibration which could be the cause of your 'rattling noise'.

Hope this helps!

I got an audi a4 1998 TDI,i have a rattle/clunk comeing from the drivers side front when i go over a bump. i have changed all suspension arms,cv joint, bearings, discs, pads, shocks, anti rollbar but its still...

have you checked for wear in the engine mount,,,,,,,,if the rubber is worn,it gives the same symptoms as a worn shocker/bush/anti rollbar...easy way to check it is to jack up the engine a little to see if there is too much movement in the mount
