Trying to figure out the required positioning of the blend doors in a 2007 dodge dakota
Does it have an electric control actuator ? An it's mode door not blend door . Mode door controls where air comes out of , defroster , vent , floor etc... an the blend door controls the temp. Pull the mode door actuator an see if the door move's freely , not binding . After replacing an evaporator if everything was put back right you shouldn't have this kind of problem . There is no relearn for the door actuator . Double check your work is the best answer anyone could give !
Is the vehicle is driven on dusty roads? If so the heater and or AC evap cores may be plugged, try running water in the air inlet below windshield to wash the dirt out, make sure the condensate drain is open on the bottom of the heater case first to avoid flooding the truck cab.
