That would be your serpentine belt, you need to get it replaced. It could also be your belt tensioner, your local mechanic will be able to look at it and replace it for you for fairly cheap.

I own a 2003 dodge ram and it was doing the same thing and it was the rear end it is in the shop getting fixed
