SOURCE: sliding door wires 2005 caravan
Hi my name is Allen!
Those wires are called track wiring and it depends what options you have, if you have power sliding doors, they run power and ground to the motor that moves the door, it's a common problem for the wire to break and your door want move. If thats what your problem is, just replace the wiring and the power door will work properly. The wiring is also for the power locks so they will lock and unlock.

could be a partially broken wire in the wiring harness that runs in the door track. the wires are inside what looks like a plastic chain that allows it to move with the door and have seen them partially break not allowing power to flow the whole time

READ YOUR MANUAL. THERE IS A SEQUENCE INVOLVING REMOVING A FUSE WHICH RESETS THE ELECTRIC DOOR OPENER. IT IS DESCRIBED IN THE MANUAL. EASY TO DO ONE YOU HAVE THE BOOK IN HAND.

You may have already checked this but there is a switch located close to the overhead button that will disengage the door buttons for child safety, is that turned off?
