The hinges are held together with two top, and two bottom, 10 millimeter bolts. (At the pivot point) However, one half of the hinge is welded to the pillar, the other half to the door. That being said...The bolts can be removed to take the door off. BUT, in order to go any further: the hinges will have to be cut and welded. So I guess the answer your looking for is. Take the door off, unplug the wires, cut and weld the half necessary to repair the deficiency
For some reason I thought you had asked about the door hinge. I apologize. The hood hinges are just bolted on with 10 mm bolts. (maybe 13) Prop up the front of the hood. Release the clips on the ends of the strut cartridge. Unbolt the hood hinge portion. Then the firewall portion. It's best to have someone help you and take the hood completely off. This way it doesn't pivot and hit the windshield. I have no idea where my head was.
