o5 cobalt was not going above 50 mph or 40000 rpm and i was told to check the fuel filter. well i just assumed it was under the hood and disconnected a filter or sending unit of some thing fuel related going into or out of the fuel rail. now it wont start.. is it flooded and is my original problem with it bogging down and dying at 50 mph a filter?
