Question about 1997 GMC Safari
If the fan does not work , first check fuse then possibly the switch could go bad they can overheat with time and might even need a new connector to the switch. Are you sure it has freon,pres sw. will prevent comp cl. from starting. turn key on with AC on fan too and try a screwdriver on the clutch to feel for a magnetic pull, if the gap is too big it won;t pull in..any more needed?
