How do I bleed the brakes on a 2009 Pontiac G6?

when replacing the brakes you usually dont bleed the system ---usually bleed system when air gets in from like changing a line master cylinder or caliper-- and or master is empty .but to bleed you start at passenger rear first than drivers side rear,up to passenger side front ending at drivers side front

98 blazer driver side caliper dragging.sliders work perfectly.changed caliper brake still drags.have full pedal and new rotors and pads all around.abs light on.any suggestions?

An internally collapsed brake line near the caliper, the flexible line, can let the brake fluid pressure go into the caliper but restrict it from returning and releasing the piston in the caliper.

If you replaced the Brake line on the left and it's pulling to the right you may need to replace that brake line as well. As far as sitting still, that sounds like the power steering pump.

Where to start. . . .
A defective hose would only affect that wheel.
A faulty booster or master cylinder could cause the front wheels to lock and at varied amounts. You may have a metering block or just a junction block for the front lines. It would be mounted near the frame if you have one. Some Ford models from 88 - 92 used a master cylinder with the metering valve built in.
Its possible the front calipers got hot enough with the old pads to damage both front hoses.
I would want to know what it takes to release the pressure on the pads. Do you have to take the hoses loose, or just the bleeder screws on the calipers ? Or are the calipers not sliding back and forth ?

Vehicle starts to viberate around 45 mph. This seems to come and go.also passenger side wheel gets hotter than drivers side. vehicle has over 160000 miles on it.

Three things you should look at there... Check the slide pin inserts in the caliper and make sure they aren't seized to the bolts or the caliper itself, Make sure the piston in the caliper moves freely and last, check the brake hose going to the caliper...they can collapse internally and hold the caliper in the closed position.
Generally aside from the brake feeling hotter, you will note that the rotor may have turned a bluish color. After you've found why it's binding, don';t be surprised if the pedal pulsates. If it does, replace the rotor. If the brake pads appear burned, change them as well.

I just put 2 brand new sets of rotors and pads on my 02 s10 4wd because there is a scrubbing noise on the front passenger side brakes. after replacing them one time the drivers side is fine but when you...

Its possible that the driver side is not clamping well. Sticky caliper piston. Forcing the passenger side to do most of the work. This will result in rapid overheating which will cause the passenger rotor to look bad after a short drive. Does driver side still look new? Do you feel any sideways pulling when braking? What prompted you to look again after changing rotors and pads? Since you first noticed noise on passenger side, indicating excessive wear, I think the problem is the drivers side caliper. You could try working caliper piston out and in a few tmes, but usually you want to replace a problem caliper.

Why would passenger front brake get hot?

it means the brake caliper is hanging up dragging the pads on the rotor causing heat. replace caliper and bleed brakes. also check the flexible hose that connects to that caliper. could be collapsed inside not allowing fluid to return. if in doubt replace it too at the same time with caliper and bleed brakes.

When you replaced the caliper, were the posts on the mounting bracket able to slide in and out? They're the posts with the black rubber bellows and they have to be able to expand/compress.
