Yes this sounds like A sway bar condition and yes you can Replace just the links and bushings. I would not replace the sway bar its self unless that is infact what broke. I hope this helps you out. i would appreciate it if you would rate me.
thank you

What could be the problem if rear driver wheel is leaning out like it is bent? I ran up on a curb and now my driver rear wheel is leaning out some and my front wheel feels like I need an alignment or I...

The best thing to do is to take it to a local Frame and Alignment Shop and have them put the vehicle on a Frame Machine and take measurements to determine what is exactly bent before throwing money on parts you might not need.

Blazer leans to drivers side. causing ireagular wear on tires.

That is pretty easy. You need to have a front end alignment done at a good shop. If there is something bent or worn out, they will be able to tell.
But it could also be the torsion bar is broken, or the rear adjustment rubber bushing for it is broken.
Is it bottomed out on one side? The torsion bars are instead of coil springs, and they spline into the lower track arm, and run towards the back of the vehicle, where the adjustment bolt is. Adjuster is slightly in front of rear axle.

The car jutters when driving over 60km/hr

Posible problems , listed from cheapest to most expensive.

Tires out of ballance
Broken chord in a tire
Bent rim
Loose ( worn ) tie rod ends
Bent axle
Wheel bearings ( but not likely)

If you have the tools , and a good safe flat driveway , jack up 1 corner of the car , spin the tire by hand and watch if it spins true , or wobles. while your at it , firmly grab the tire , and try to wiggle it side to side , in and out , back and forth. Repeat process for each wheel. If everything seems ok , I would think about getting tires ballanced. Probly about $ 12 each.
General observation is that if you feel the shake in the steering wheel , front tires are the problem , If you feel it on your bottom , rear tires. Good luck with that.
If you want to skip the whole jacking up the car proceedure , go directly to the wheel ballancing , and ask the mechanic to keep an eye out for "wheel out of true" while they spin on the ballancer.

Control arm and stabilizer bar

It would probably be a good idea to just replace all the bushings while youre at it. car has a few miles on it and there may be a noticeable differance from one side to the other in terms of handling if you just do one side. Just do it now and get it over with.
