My 1996 Ford F150 is in great shape, on the outside that is. The fuel gauges for the dual tanks are not working. The front tank gauge went out 2 years ago, and the back tank gauge did just today. It is a regular cab, extended bed with a 351 v8 engine. What do I do??!?

You could do that, but possibly alot of work for nothing,as we still have'nt nailed down exactly where the problem is.You have two tanks, there should be a switching switch that allows you choose between the two tanks, right?Locate this switch, and test the current flow through it,as well as testing the continuity down through the wires back to the pump/(s).The pumps should be checked again also, for continuity.

1990 F-150, 2X2, 5.0, dual tanks, ..... no power to either fuel pump. I have replaced the fuel pump relay and the EEC relay. I have also run resistance and voltage checks at the relay harnesses. I am...

You need to check the switch on the dash for the tanks. Brown/White powers the REAR tank, Red powers the FRONT . RED/YELLOW is power, if there is no power on the red/yellow, check the "Inertia" switch. Matter of fact, check the Inertia switch FIRST. Its in the dash area near the brake pedal, maybe in the kick panel, it should be marked.

Back fuel pump is running all the time and is pumping fuel into front tank on a 1990 ford f150

I would drop the tank and replace the pump. These types of problems are fire hazard.

I have no running lights on my 1996 F150. I have chased wires as best I can, replaced the headlight switch. Headlights work but 30a fuse blows as soon as I turn them on. Turn signals and brake lights work....

If you have trailer lights make sure you don't have a short in the connector or harness. You obviously have a short somewhere after the fuse. Try unlpugging each running light. to see if its in the light connecter. also check the side markers
