If its just one light that does it then replace the bulb and that should take care of it. if that dont work you can clean out the plug in for the bulb and use a little dielectric grease then see what happens if that dont work i would use a 12 volt test light to tell if there is power going to the bulb socket if no power is present you will have to trace or follow the wire and inspect it for cracks nicks or broken wire that can cause a short leaving you light dead.

Fuse box

What kind of car? I have a 2005 Chevy malibu that the light quit blinking, in my case it was the connectors in the bulb socket. Somehow when you remove the old bulb it pushes them back so they no longer connect and the blinker stops working. If this is the case you just need to bend them back but be careful not to break or you can by new outlet assembly for $20. Also the blinkers didn't have a fuse just a relay switch if this goes out you would have problem with multiple lights

My blinkers do not work. I changed the relay, now they blink fast. changed burnt out buld, no change.

Do the hazard flashers do the same thing ?
I would suspect the turn signal switch is the problem but it could be a short in one of the light sockets.

2005 chevy colorado whole frnt left side lights

The inside light is blinking quickly because the front blinker light is out. I'm afraid that without more info I can't tell you why the lights are out.
