I've got a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am and the right turn signal is blinking fast. I have replaced all the bulbs thinking that would fix the problem but it is still blinking fast

I have a 2003 pontiac grand am 4 cyl... I fixed the security problem the (car wouldint start) now the left signal light is flashing really fast what should i do to fix this problem it wasn't doing that...

Verify all front & rear bulbs are working the same as the right front. It blinks fast usually because bulbs are burnt out or flasher is bad.

The left turn signal works intermittently and when it does blink it blinks twice as fast as the other one.

Check all the bulbs in the faulty side (front and rear), one of them must be the wrong type for application. Different blinking speed is the way of the system to tell you that something is not right. It only stops blinking if the bulb is burned out. I have seen that the most common problem is in the rear lights, using a stop light bulb ( two contacts) in the turn signal socket.

Fast Blinker

Usually a fast turn signal means that there is a light out. You should probably check all of your lights, including back-up lights, and turn signals. If there is one out then replacing the burnt out bulb should fix the problem.
