Unfortunately there is no clear view of the head gasket. It is located in between the cylinder head and the block itself. You would have to pull the cylinder heads of, along with exhaust manifold, intake manifold and a bunch of other stuff to actually get to it. Hope this guided you in the right direction! Your head gasket are up under the heads where your spark plugs, they are in between the block and heads of your vehicle, just go the internet of google and type in Northstar V8 engine specifications and you may see a break down schematic of the block of that engine. and it may just show show you what you need to know.
