Replace compressor and convert to R134 refrigerant. The conversion kit is relatively inexpensive,as the main thing required are the conversion fittings for the high and low ports in the system.Have a shop capture the R12 refrigerant, and flush the system,a new receiver drier assembly too.Pull a vacuum, and charge with R134.

DEX/MERC okay for 1992 Plymouth Voyager?

I would not use it unless your owners manual specifys Dexron. I know on the Gen. 1 Voyagers ie.1984 to 1990 They required Mopar ATF+3 or transmission damage and failure was common if DEXRON was used.

I'm getting a code number 123455 on my 1990 Plymouth grand voyager what does it mean?

The 12 just lets you know that you have Direct battery input to controller disconnected within the last 50 ignition key-ons.The 35 is what you are looking for which is the Radiator fan relay, which should be the 3rd relay by the battery from front to back and in some cases it doesn't matter since it is the middle one. The 55 is the last thing that you see and it simple tells you that the fault code finding is completed it's process.

1990 ply.voyager has frontend damage and the radiator supports, attachment parts are missing. where can i find them

The best places (easiest and cheapest) is to contact a local Junk / Auto Salvage Yard(s) and find out if the have junk vehicles there and what type of damage (ie front). Then go there and request to go with the attendant to see and get the parts you need.
Most small parts needed are not available on the internet.

Twelve (12) degrees, but special procedures are required for proper adjustments so check the emissions label under the hood or consult a service manual before adjusting timing. Hope this helped and best wishes.

On my 1994 plymouth voyager the 3 wire harness to fuel pump (blue wire) doesn't have 12 volts; should it? fuel pump quit then worked once when hot-wired with 12 volts. fuse and relay is good.

The wire should not be hot until the relay is triggered. The relay does not get triggered until the ignition key is turned on. It will run for 3-5 seconds or until the system pressure it at max.
