Problem for BMW 1999 318 ti

I was adjusting my window

I was adjusting my window after replacing the window regulator on a 2001 z3. The air bag was disconnected while I was adjusting the window. After I finished the job and reinstalled the airbag, door panel, etc. The air bag light stays on. Any suggestions?
Thanks

If you had the ignition on while the air bag was disconected the warning light will stay on until reset by a computer, I disconected the 2 sensors under the front passenger seat on my 318i ES when I removed the seat to dry water from the footwell area I had the CD on so the ignition was on, one of the sensors is to do with the air bag, this is called I think an inflight warning light it will not reset I disconected /reconected it several times to no avail, it's only expensive to reset if you let BMW take the ****, ask around you will find a garage that has the leads plugs ect .
