Sounds like you may have bumped something inside your 4wd relay setting or shifted the 4wd assembly. Either way it sounds like a trip to the transmission mechanic

Thumping sound of 2005 Chrysler Sebring convertible when hit bumps

Shock absorber mounts can be loose or worn. Tires could be too big for the car and hitting suspension parts or the fender well . A number of rubber suspension parts may have dried up. It will take a good inspection of all those areas to find the exact cause.

92 chevy c1500 shakes when braking or hits a bump

Thats called a shimmy. And you have shocks instead of struts.
Chances are you have a ball joint or tie rod end about to fail. Something is very loose in the front steering or suspension. I'd put money on it being a ball joint.

Wiring harness causes car to shut off

With the car running, wiggle the suspect wires IN THE DARK. The bad connection WILL make a spark when the car dies. You may be able to see it. Check the ground cables from the battery and make sure they are not loose were they go on the transmission bolts

Everytime i hit a small bump or something the a/c makes a screeching noise, but this is only when the a/c is running, what's causing it to do that?

Your A/C Compressor bracket or bolts that hold it to the engine could be loose from vibration, so everytime yoiu hit a bump the Compressor moves around causing the A/C drive belt to be out of alignment, which is why you are getting a screeching sound. Check all nuts and bolts for looseness and re-tighten to specs.

Car blows starter fuse after hitting bump in road causing car to die. Changed 30amp fuse and tried to start and blows fuse agian

check out the wiring. The bump may have made some connections loos or may have shaken up the wires and wires that are exposed may have hit each other or the metal part of the car which caused a short and in turn caused a fuse to blow.
