I have a 2003 honda accord ex and i mistakenly left the driver side window cracked during a heavy downpour 2 days ago. Since that time, the radio controls no longer work. I cannot change the station from the steering wheel or the radio panel. There are times when the radio will not even come on and when it does come on its stuck on one station.

If you're getting power to the CD player then there's power to the radio. The antenna involves the grid on the rear window, an antenna coil and cable to the radio. You can check the grid for a break and if it's small you're auto parts store will have a repair kit. My 05 Accord rear window defogger did not work and it took Honda 2 attempts to repair it. Other than checking the grid I would bring it to the dealer.
Normally the code is on a small sticker on the inside of the glove compartment door, and closer to the left (driver's) side. The sticker should have two sets of characters. One set is an alpha-numeric set and the other should show a number set with five (5) digits; This is your code.
The radio antenna is shared by the rear defroster, there is a part called the "Antenna Amplifier-Rear Window Defogger Coil", it is behind the left side rear pillar trim. It prevents the static from happening.
