My 2001 Jeep quits running while I am going down the road. It is more prone to do it when I hit between 50 and 60 miles per hour or I am just starting out. No lights come on and nothing signals that there is a problem. It will start up again.

Check if the map sensor is bad.

The engine will probably run with the MAP sensor unplugged, but may not accelerate. The main purpose of the sensor is to measure engine vac and send data to the computer to regulate fuel.
YOu may want to check fuel pressure instead.
If the sensor is faulty you should have a trouble code stored in the computer, but low fuel pressure will not cause a trouble code.

I have a 93 K3500 with a 454. Truck was running fine, started no problem, ran great. Driving the other day, turn the corner and the engine quit. Cranked the engine, fired up for 2-3 seconds then quit, ...

Before starting the engine, the fuel pump should only run for a few seconds when the key is first turned, to pressurize the fuel system. Even though the pump appears to be running, you may either have not enough or too much pressure for the engine to keep running (fuel pump or pressure regulator). I think it may just be a coincidence the engine quit while turning a corner, but the gas in your tank may have been so low it sloshed away from what is likely a very old pump, starving it and causing it to failure.

Engine quit running sounded starved for fuel scan identied problem as 02 sensor left bank also cattilitic convetor cannot hear fuel pump trying to engage

The O2 sensor code and cat converter won't keep it from starting.
If you check the fuel pressure and have none, you'll need to find out if the pump is getting power from the relay.

We have a toyata camry that when you go to start the car it sounds like it is going to go but then it sounds like the engine floods but it doesn't and we have checked the fuel pump and filter and the relay...

The problem is probably opposite of what you think- it is very likely that the fuel pump is bad and the engine is actually starving for fuel. Even though the fuel pump is running and some fuel is getting to the engine, it may not be enough. My Wife's car just had this happen and it turned out that even though the fuel pump was working, the pressure was low.

You can test this by spraying starter fluid into the intake and seeing if it runs good for a few seconds and then chokes out. Don't try and keep the engine running too long with starting fluid, because you can cause damage by overusing it.... 20 seconds, 30 seconds tops is enough to prove if your engine is starving for fuel.

The other thing that will cause the same symptoms is ice in the fuel line- if you have been in very cold weather and allow your tank to run near empty before refueling, you can get condensation in the fuel line that freezes and plugs it up. The best cure for this is to get the car in a garage and add a can of drygas to the tank. This takes patience, because it can take a few hours for results when the car has been out in the cold for a long time.

Engine stalls

sounds like one of a couple things could be causing you problems first would be the fuel pump may be wearing out. these are a mechanical pump and should be producing over 35psi at the injection pump if you have a way to put a gauge on it you could check this under full throttle is when you want to watch it though. fuel gauges are quite inexpensive and are handy to have in the truck anyway. another thing i have seen cause this is the check valve on the discharge of the pump there is a spring and ball in the return line banjo fitting that holds the fuel pressure at a constant 35 psi when that gets weak it allows more fuel to return to the tank which will let it run at lower rpm's but not under full load. hope this helps
