2004 Toyota Highlander, have no tail-lights, all other lights work ?

With the car jacked up and on safety stands, follow the wiring harness from the taillights to the front of the car. The wire is probably pinched, burned or shorted somewhere along the way. Did you have any work done on the bottom chassis area recently? Does sound like a pinched wire.

What does vsc stands for when light comes on and what threat does it have on 2004 Toyota highlander

I believe VSC in the warning lights is Variable Speed Controller. It should be dealing with the traction control. If that is malfunctioning your traction control system isn't working properly. essentially what this does is automatically control how your drive train applies power to the drive wheels in order to maintain control of the vehicle on the different terrains it is driven.

There is no reset button on my 2004 highlander for low tire press. how do i reset it?

There is a button but it is hard to find since the manual does not tell you where it is. You will need to open the driver door and get on your knees outside the car. Find the approximately halfway spot between the steering wheel and the latch that opens the engine hood. Now keep looking down until you see a black square about the size of a dime. There is a small black button with the word "Tire" above and "Off" below. Hold it for about 5 seconds with the key turned on to light up the dash and the low tire pressure light should turn off.

I have 2004 highlander the clock dont light up

Have you checked any fuses? Does the climate control light up? If the climate control also does not light up then I would check fuses. Check the under hood fuse box (left of drivers side) check the ECU-B fuse should be 7.5 amp. Check the heater fuse in the fuse box inside the car it should be 15 amp. If the fuses are OK and only the clock is bad check out my site www.autoclockrepair.com I offer a repair service for the highlander clock.
