When I turn the ignition key.I hear "tick   tick" noise It does not turn the motor. If I leave the key on "ON" position a few seconds and pump the clutch a few times the engine starts Some times. It is a 1992 Toyota  4 cylinder, stick shift pick up truck.

sounds like you adjusted your instrument lights. try turning the knob on the head lights to turn the lights back up. if that is not the switch, the owners manual will show you if there is a separate switch on the dashboard to adjust the instrument cluster with.
if this is helpful, please give it a thumbs up to help others.

If there is no "clicking noises" at all first you have to bypass the Clutch Start Switch. To do so remove two wires from the Start Switch and connect them together.
If it doesn't work trouble shoot starter and solenoid. With a wire connected to (+) terminal of the battery power up the solenoid, at the thin wire contact of the starter. You need another person to help you, in the cabin turning the ignition key in ON and start position. If starter and solenoid are O.K this will start your car. If not you have to replace the starter + solenoid assembly. Good Luck.

Tacoma won't start, or shift out of park.

Try putting foot on brake, or is key in ignition, also over-ride button by shifter. Auto's have safety micro switches in these places so not to have car in drive and start, "extremely dangerous" Try this first easily missed. lol
