If your car is vibrateing it could be your wheel balance or engine mounts might be cracked or broken. As for check engine light check all water and oil levels and make sure they are were they should be, if fuel injected you may also have a blocked injector and it isn't getting the fuel it needs but the car will sound off if this is the case or it maybe getting to much fuel easy to tell via fuel mileage you are getting. Your abs light might be staying on because your wheel balance is so far out it has shaken the sensor loose and it may also have destroyed the abs sensor or lines (you have a small plastic hose that goes from wheel to sensor look to see if this is broken or fell off or cracked). If none off the above email me at [email protected] leave me a message and I will try to help you further with a few more things you can check. The most important one though is the check engine one it may just be a fuse but it maybe that there is something in the motor as in sensors and timing that it may be. Oh and when you hit your brakes really hard does the abs work or not?

Loud hum from under the hood. heavy vibration fron air filter all the way to top of engine

Hello,
I think the loud hum is coming from the exhurst. The exhurst either has a cut/hole or the rubber holding the exhurst has removed. This will make the exhurst begin to shake and vibrate.
Turn on the car, go under the car, then ask someone to press the throttle. This will reveal where the vibration is coming from.
Keep me posted.
Good luck.

97 Lumina dash warning lights stay on

For the security light you need to replace the ignition lock cylinder or bypass the security system. For the other two, you need to have the car scanned to see what codes are in the ecm and the abs module.

1994 Accord ABS light stays on intermittantly after startup.

ABS went out while racing. I got a replacement from haprecycling for about $150 vs $1000+

just fyi, it's a pain to change. You will need a set of flare wrenchs and crows feet to get it in and out properly. Be VERY careful not to strip or cross thread the gettings.
