Question about 1991 Dodge Caravan
You won't like the answer, but the most likely culprit is the multiswitch (Turn signal and dim/bright) on the steering column. If you have a set of jumper wires and a diagram for the light system you can jump across the switch and check to see if the lights work. If they do, then you'll have to replace the switch. Best place to find one is in a junk yard specilalizing in Dodges...
