Likely a bad combination switch. If you jiggle the turn signal arm lightly and you hear clicking coming from the glove box area, then you need new combination switch.
Testimonial: "That seem to be the problem. Thank you again!"
Wher is and how do you replace the combination switch?
Thank you BTW!
The combination switch is inside the steering column; it's basically the whole turn signal and wiper stalk. If you've never worked inside a steering column before, I recommend taking it to a professional. Airbags hurt.
You're welcome, please vote for my response if I am correct!
can you explain why the clicking stops when the brake is applied? Is there a connection between the combo switch, brake and clicking?

That would be a relay bad which should be located up under the passenger side of the dash
Thank you
Possibly, but on Blazers and Bravadas of that era, the combo switch was prone to failure. It would wear out in such a way that the slightest pressure or vibration would cause it to send a signal to the relay, making it click. I have seen it several times. Again, if you hear fast clicking when you wiggle the turn signal stalk, it's the combo switch. Easy to test.
had same problem 99 bravada replaced blinker switch with a used one its a lot of work takin the dash apart but it fixed the problem.
