Burn out bearings and hub on front end of a 2008 4x4 Chevy Tahoe

-Due to uneven bore or bearing itself. Or not grease.
-Remove the hub and take closed look (Inspect for any sight or worn out)

-I'll recommend replace new hub and new bearing .

How do I replace right front wheel bearings on 1999 Dodge Dekota?

It is a whole hub assembly. You remove the pin and unbolt the hub assembly and replace.

What is needed is to raise your truck and support it with jack stands ( no concrete blocks) then remove the brake caliper and pads, be sure to support the caliper with mechanic's wire or what you have on hand that will do the job.

Then remove the brake rotor "hat" then remove the cotter key then the hub retainer nut and remove the hub. The new hubs are greased so just replace the hub torque, install new cotter key the rotor hat and pads and caliper.

I hope this helps.

I have a 1994 GMC K1500 Sierra :5.7L 350CI V8 and I have a worn front wheel bearing and I took the hub off and saw that the inner bearing is in peices, Now I cant find where to find the bearing,, All I can...

the bearing hub is a pre-assembled unit it has to be pressed together and the bearings have to be preloaded that is why you can only buy the hub assy. and it a whole lot easier to replace then the old 4X4 ft. wheel bearings.HAVE FUN

Replacing front wheel bearings on a 1999 honda accord

there is a hub and a bearing assembly...usually you need to press the bearings into that hub...need a press to push out the old and press in the new...i replaced mine last year by going to the junkyard and taking out the hub and bearing assembly and just putting the whole thing into my car...much you learn how it goes together by taking it out in the press if its genuine honda parts from a honda..(you can match the markings) its likely to be a very good part for a long time. Being used isn't always a bad thing as far as honda parts are concerned. This is from my own experience hope this helps you.

Front wheel bearing/drivers side

If the truck doesnt have a hub assembly then just pull the wheel off and pull the rotor off the bearing will be inside the rotor on each side. If it is a hub assembly then you have to buy a whole assembly and its made in it.
