Question about Toyota Celica
My windows stuck in the up position. I found on my 93 convertible that I had voltage to the rear window regulator motor, but there wasn't adequate grounding so they didnt operate. I confirmed the what/blk wire at the console switch was "open" (ohm to ground =0.0 ohms. I removed the factory terminal from the switch connector and soldered in a pigtail and ran a secondary ground to a bolt from the ebrake mounting bracket and it works fine...if you have a VOM you can check this, but if same problem and no meter just try using a jumper from the switch what/Blm to ground and test. Be careful with your ground wire not to touch other terminals.
