Starter problem had battery and alternator checked ,ok

Don't change the starter. I'd recommend a parasitic drain test. parasitic draw test YouTube

if battery is good, then alternator is ok if battery has not be charged separated from when the car was last running. running a car on battery only, with bad alternator drains battery very quickly.

Check the wire from alternator to fuse box for a bad wire or a break in it. or corrosion on it. Battery cables loose or corroded. Is the battery ok!! check the main fuses in under hood fuse box. Good-Day! The charging wire goes to the fuse box first.

Sounds like the battery is on its way out. Go to advance Auto or a any auto parts store, and they can put tester on battery and check it for free! This will test the whole charging system. A good battery will read around 13.8 to 14.2 or better. While running, if less than 12.4 battery is going. God-Bless! Battery is weak, if it only does this when its cold out.

The alternator would not come into play until the engine starts.
If the starter works on a test machine, and the battery tests ok, it has to be a connection problem or the engine is stuck.
Can you check voltage at the starter terminals with a meter ?

If the battery and starter is good I would check the starter solenoid.

check starter fuse link and alternator fuse link and check ignition fuse and PCM fuse

Not sure how you could check the starter hot, but the main components are the battery, key switch, neutral safety switch, and starter. A mechanic would check for voltage at each connection.

Check the battery terminals/cables for security first.
If ok, then check any fuselinks inline, on the + cable (red).

If ok, then check MAIN FUSE in the engine fuse box - replace of blown.

If these are all good.....then, re-check the earth connections on the starter & alternator, including any other components/cables you may have disturbed when changing those items.
