First, is the engine in good condition? meaning compression ok, tuned properly, does it run smooth and not burn any more than 1 quart of oil every 1000 miles or better? If yes do the following tests:
Check the fuel pressure with a gauge before starting engine and look for
1. Correct regulated pressure
2. Tme to attain regulated presssure
3. How long it holds pressure when shut off, these specs vary from engine to engine, so consault the dealer or a repair manual for correct specs on fuel pressure test resaults

What is wrong with My Lexus LS 400, reverse gear was burnt but was fixed. After repairs it started consuming much fuel, raw fuel comes out of the exhaust, the oil was changed it was mixed with Fuel.

You really need this fixed fast for if you have raw fuel coming from your exhaust your catalytic converters must not be working. If they were working they would be running a extremely high temperatures and be a fire hazard.
You most likely have damaged exhaust valves causing this problem, a compression test will confirm if this is the case. The other possible causes are bad injectors, coils, spark plugs and ignition timing.

The problem is it wont start it has a good battery its turning over just wont start

Really-- 3 mufflers, rather than figuring out why
the first one went

I guess you asked for a new muffler & no other
diagnosing, as to the cause

Now after 5months-- maybe someone on the internet
could guess

If the fuel pump check valve has failed, it will take longer
to start, but only after a long sit

You have a problematic fuel pressure regulator under the
intake manifold, that could be leaking & dumping raw gas
into the exhaust

Buy now your exhaust converters are ruined by you
procrastinating & all the raw full

I am getting strong raw gas fumes blowing in through my vents into the cab of my 2005 Pontiac Aztec. What could be causing this and is it safe to continue driving?

If they are truly raw gas fumes you have a gas leak. DO NOT DRIVE THE CAR. It can start on fire if the gas leak is under the hood, or if it's somewhere else and someone throws a **** out the window it could start on fire too. I would have it towed to a mechanic immediately. If you are mechanically inclined and know where your fuel filter is under the hood you could check those fuel lines first to see if they are cracked or leaking. If you have jackstands you could put the car up on 4 of those and check underneath the car and inspect the lines from the tank to the filter to the engine. If you are not mechanically inclined I would air on the side of caution and take it to a mechanic ASAP. If it is exhaust you are smelling and not raw gas, it is still not safe to drive. Exhaust fumes do not take long to put you to sleep and when you go to sleep you do not usually wake up. I would get it in to get looked at before driving it again. Good Luck!

I have a 1986 nissan pickup truck, with the z motor. 4 clyd. 8 plugs 4 intake 4 exhaust. when the truck starts it runs like its out of time but if you dont keep your foot on the gas it dies. You can smell...

I would suggest that you have a blown head-gasket. The Z24s have a tendency to blow the head-gasket between #3 & #4 cylinders. I would do a compression check. You will probably find low or no compression on those 2 cylinders.
