Question about Toyota Pickup
You could get a sewing nedle and insert it into the jet and aim it doing that this will also clean any gunk out but dont use one thats a tight fit as it could force any gunk further into the jet causing it not to work at all so be a little carefull doing this.

Best way is to use a pin and move the jets(fluid squirters) to the required position.try moving them initially and keep operating the washers and moving them until the desired position is attained

Have you tried using a pin, and inserting it in the hole of the nozzle to adjust it?? May be a little stiff, a small amount of penetrating fluid may help.
Let me know if this helps, and please rate this solution. Thanks
