Power windows work intermittentley, sometimes wiggling key or turning of and back on makes them work

If they work fine after doing this, it is time for an ignition switch. If you have to play with the window switch. Replace it.. Either way. Take them apart. Bad contacts are the problem. I have fixed to many with a bit of sand paper or some solder. They are already broke, how much more are you going to break them. You just might fix them. Only cost you a bit of time. Or buy the part.

Lincoln town car rear window 1999

either the window switch or a bad ground wire. if its a bad ground that would explain why it sometimes works and other times doesn't.

Very possible.
A mechanic would check for voltage on the turn signal circuit when they are not working and go from there.

4x4 issues

There is a circuit board and plunger motor mounted to the transfer case assembly it sounds like the TCCM is trying to operate this motor but it isn't extending and engaging.sometimes tappingon the motor with a small hammer will dislodge it and it will work or it may have to be replaced.

Power windows will stop working sometimes up sometimes down. happens when turn car on or when driving. have had to turn off and restart as well as open and close door and retart multiple times to get to...

Sounds like you have some wiring issues. Did you recently install any new hardware into your car? If so, I would check all the wiring to make sure it is correct and that you are not shorting anything out. Also check all the fuses to make sure none are blown or need replacing.

Rear wiper and washer of BMW 5 E39 not working

I had the same problem. I thought it was an issue with a blown fuse, but also noticed that the rear wiper was very stiff.
I solved it by opening the rear window (so the wiper is not clicked into the motor) then squirt some WD40 into the wiper mechanism (I put the oil in from the outside). Gently move the wiper from side to side until it starts to free up - after a couple of movements the wiper should be moving freely again. No issues since.

At the same time, check that the washer jet is correctly angled. Mine was squirting directly into the wiper which may have caused it to rust up a bit.

1988 Audi 90 electric windows stop working

Perhaps it is a problem for an auto electrician. 30 minutes is enough time for a built up charge to dissipate, The charge/short circuit it is causing is not enough to blow the fuse however, since it works after letting the charge clear.
There is no response at all? it doesn't go half way up then stop etc?
