A/C booster? Why are u adding such a product? Is your a/c working ok? You will want to add it to your low side valve which is the valve down by the side of the alternator. Look at your alternator (on the front side of the engine, closest the radiator). You will see an a/c line running next to it. THAT is your low pressure line. The fitting u see is where u add whatever u're adding. The high pressure side fitting is on the reciever/dryer. NEVER add anything in this line. Good luck.

1995 grand caravan, brake pedal very hard

Check the vacuum line going to the brake power booster, and check valve that goes into the booster (round thing behind the master cylinder). It sounds like you have a problem with vacuum, or the power booster may have gone bad.

I am having problems getting the power brake booster installed on my 2000 dodge grand caravan. Are they any online instructions for this?

I doubt it,
You need to take the two nuts that hold the master cylinder to the booster off, pull out on the master cylinder until it clears the booster, but don't take any lines loose!
Now go inside your van and remove the knee panel below the steering column,And then a metal plate behind that comes down next,After that reove the brake light switch connected to the brake pedal,it is held in place with a push pin and hair pin clip, remove the clip and then the pin,now you can remove the push rod that was connected to the pedal,Now look at the fire wall where you took the rod out ,you will see four nuts that make a square, two on the left and two on the right, straight up and down from each other,Remove these four nuts and go back out under hood and pull the booster out towards you.

you should be adding the 134a to the system the low pressure switch is doing its job by not allowing the compressor to kick on, it wont kick on until there is enough 134a in the system to be above the preset pressure for the low pressure switch.
