My horn does not work, I have changed the relay and fuse. The horn works with my clicker on my key chain. How do I remove the air bag to check my connection on the steering wheel?

I have a 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee that will not go into 4 wheel drive. When you attempt to put it in 4 wheel drive you loose 2 wheel drive and you have to turn off the vehicle to get it back into two wheel drive. The Jeep runs fine in 2 wheel drive.
